Petrol Price Graph Up By Rs. 8 – What Is Government Up to?
For all those people having a petrol vehicle might be really a upset news to hear that the price rate of Petrol in India has be increased by Rs. 8. This Wednesday Petroleum Group has announced that till the end of this month and on the start of June petrol price will be increased.
People are upset by the step taken by the government. According to the news we came to know that the hype in petrol price is due to the increase in price of US dollars. On this issue BJP raised their voice against it and one of the spokesperson said that the government has given this hype in petrol rate as a gift for their third anniversary.
The hype in this petrol rate has started effecting transport and other services. The petrol price has increased all over India. The table given below will show you the effect or the change of price. Look at the table:
|
City |
Old price |
New Price |
|
Delhi |
Rs. 65.64 | Rs. 73.14 |
|
Mumbai |
Rs. 70.16 | Rs. 78.66 |
|
Kolkata |
Rs. 70.03 | Rs. 77.53 |
|
Chennai |

Looking at the figure it seems that soon we can expect the price hype double to this. From last three years we have not seen any improvement in petrol price rate. The only thing that we have seen is the increase in the petrol price rate. Giving no response to this, it seems that government is least bothered about this issue. We really expect that government will take this issue serious until it is too late.
We hope that government is listing to the needs of the people.
