Over this DTZ India’s CEO Anshul Jain said that these are tent properties located in Central Mumbai and we are estimating little bit big interest, in spite of market situations.

2 South Mumbai property’s least reserve cost would be permanent just after official endorsement from Ministry of External. According to sources, there is expectation that Lincoln House gamers minimum Rs. 1000 crore, whereas another Washington House is projected to make over fifty crore.
